ARTIST INFORMATION

Paulette began as a black and white film photographer. She loved shooting, processing and developing black and white film but also had a passion for color. As a result Paulette transformed her black and white images by hand-coloring using oils, acrylics, colored pencils and metalic pens.

More recently she began shooting in digital, and experimenting with the variety of papers available through professional processing labs, She is also experimenting with the variety of art papers that are available for inkjet printers and again, printing in black and white and using her finely crafted hand-coloring technique's on canvas, and papers of varied textures.

Paulette's favorite subjects over the years have consistently been capturing people in personally defining moments and capturing the beauty of nature.
